Sentence 2

go brahmanebhyah shubham astu nityan
lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu ||

गोब्राह्मणेभ्यः शुभमस्तु नित्यं
लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनोभवंतु ॥

go-brāhmaṇebhyaḥ śubham-astu nityaṁ
lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino-bhavaṁtu ||

May good success be with all cows (divinity) and scholars
May all the worlds be happy and pleasant.

go (गो, go) = literally ,cow'. Here the holy cow is meant metaphorically and can be translated as the Divine. The cow also represents the nurishing principle, as she provides milk for us.
brahmanebhyah (ब्राह्मणेभ्यः, brāhmaṇebhyaḥ) = (dativ pl.) the wise scholar, literally god-scholar.
shubham (शुभम्, śubham) = (akk.) auspicious, rich, happy
astu (अस्तु, astu) = (3. sg. imperativ activ) may this be
nityam (नित्यम्, nityam) = eternal

loka (लोका, lokā) = (nom. pl.) Worlds, especially the underworld, the earth and heaven.
samasta (समस्ता, samastā) = content, healthy, rich (in body and mind). Literally: having placed one self in a good way
sukhinah (सुखिनः, sukhinaḥ) = Hapiness, Wellbeing
bhavantu (भवंतु, bhavaṁtu) = (imperativ activ 3. Pl.) may all this be
